Go to the Contacts Option of your mobile Menu

Select the Import option 

Select Copy to Memory Card / SD Card
Select The Memory Card Location

Select All Contacts of your phone

Click Copy 

A File Something.VCF will create with date

Now Insert the memory card to the phone 

Or send the vcf file to the new phone

Now... 

Go to the Contacts Option of your mobile Menu

Select the Export option 

Select Memory Card / SD Card to phone 

Your phone will search vcf file in your memory card / SD Card

All Contacts will be copied  to your new phone 

You can do it with a siongle moment...
